Shipping Information: 

Redolence produces all its products at its central office- Redolence Bakery & Baking School, Vasundhara 

Creating Shippable Products 

Our product recipes have been developed such that it is fit to ship and has a shelf life of approximately 3 months (based on the product) from shipping when stored in the appropriate guided conditions.  

Packaging Perishable Products 

Our products are packed in sealed packs which are custom designed to maintain the best product quality. All our packaging material is of A grade quality to ensure there is no compromise to the flavour, texture and quality of our product.  We have undertaken months of R&D to ensure that the product taste and quality experience you get when it is shipped is the same as would get it you pick it up yourself from the studio. 

Shipping The Products 

Once the order email is received, the products are usually dispatched on the pre mentioned dispatch date. Our logistics are handled by Shiprocket who will be transporting it from Ghaziabad to your city by the best possible route. 

Placing Your Order 

Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Received email 

Once your order is confirmed by us, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Please note that in the event your order has not been confirmed and there is no Order Confirmation mail received, your order will not be processed & dispatched.  

Once your order is confirmed and your product has been dispatched, we will send you an Order Dispatch email. 

Once your order has been delivered, we will send a Delivery Confirmation email, asking for your feedback.

Cancellations: 

We are trying our best to deliver all the products at the earliest. 

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must notify us by call. The order can be cancelled only if it hasn’t been dispatched or prepared by the team (in which case you would receive a notification) 

A refund will be made in the form of store credit and processed after confirmation of cancellation. 

Damaged/ Incorrect Orders: 

We do hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if upon delivery the products are damaged, different from the one you have ordered (different flavor), or incomplete (if something is missed out) when you receive it, please notify us immediately for investigation by sending an email on [email protected] or call us at +917838896443; if found to be the case, we will either the ship the products or credit your purchase in the form of store credit on a case to case basis. 

We will not be liable to you in respect of any complaint concerning any aspect of the received products which is not raised by you within 24 hours of delivery by us. Any extra information requested by our Customer Care team, that is required to substantiate a complaint, must be sent within 72 hours from the reporting of the issue. 

No refund policy: 

All our products are made and packed with extreme care in curated packs to make sure you receive them in their best condition. In case of incorrect orders or any damages caused to your products, we can provide a refund only in the form of store credit. No monetary refund will be provided. 

FOR COURSES AND DOWNLOADABLES 

Once you have paid for the course/ downloadable, we cannot issue a refund under any circumstances. We hope you’ll keep patience and give the product some time as they work on enhancing your skills and that is a time-consuming process. Rest assured, we have a 100% satisfaction record and we’ll be supporting you even after sales to make sure you make the most out of our online products.
